Very well equipped kitchen with dining room and living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace from which you can access the garden with a swimming pool, whirlpool and barbecue. Quiet surroundings, beautiful views, great location, a few minutes drive to the nearest beaches or the town of Krk are just a few of the numerous reasons why you would want to return to Villa Luca.

Lieber Luka, liebe Agentur, wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Luka auf der Insel Krk verbracht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Wir fanden insbesondere den Aussenbereich mit Pool und Whirlpool toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die persönliche Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr erwähnenswert. This house is amazing. It’s beautiful outside and inside, practical, comfortable. We loved the pool and the jakuzzi! The village is calm, surrounded by hills. Its close to everything. Luka, the host was super nice and responded quickly to our questions (his father too). We loved staying there and surely will come back!
Bardzo ładny i zadbany domek. Jacuzzi było co kilka dni sprzątane przez tatę właściciela, dzięki czemu cały czas było czysto. Przy basenie dostępne były parasole i leżaki, które można było bez problemu rozstawić. W domku było czysto, a kuchnia była wyposażona we wszystkie najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Bardzo miłym gestem był prezent powitalny od właściciela, za który dziękujemy. Okolica jest bardzo spokojna i cicha. Do większości miejsc jeździliśmy autem, ale mały sklepik i punkt widokowy znajdowały się w zasięgu spaceru. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i zdecydowanie polecamy.
