This charming newly built villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It is surrounded by greenery and offers breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² (13 meter long) private pool filled with salt water is the centerpiece of the outdoor area and offers you the perfect refreshment on hot summer days.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The living room leads to a large terrace with wonderful sea views and a nice sitting area for relaxing evenings. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. A bedroom with bathroom en suite, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. This unique villa has several balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. It also has a gallery with exercise equipment and table football. The villa has two garage spaces.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Aurum und es war rundum traumhaft. Die Inhaber haben uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und war perfekt für zwei Familien. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Auch die Outdoor Küche war eine große Bereicherung. Die Lage war einzigartig und der Pool hatte angenehme 29-30 Grad. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen
This house is absolutely stunning! The view from every room is breathtaking! The home is brand new and the layout is perfect! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The upstairs master suite is even better in person! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need! The pool and outside patios are amazing! This might be the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in. Only downside is there were no beach chairs or pads. Definitely bring your own and water shoes for trips to the beach.
