On the outside there is a terrace with a table, chairs and a wood-burning grill. The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The holiday house is located in a quiet area, on private property and is surrounded by greenery. Privacy and proximity to surrounding towns such as Malinska and Krk make it a perfect haven for the most beautiful vacation.

Vor Ort hat alles reibungslos funktioniert: Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Villa war genauso wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Es ist deutlich zu spüren, dass Adria Holiday Rent großen Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit legt. The villa looks absolutely beautiful in the pictures, but even better in real life. It is stunning. Every detail has been thought of and the property is perfect in every way. The host was excellent, from the moment we checked in, to when we had to leave. He made sure our stay went without any problems and his communication couldn't be improved. The villa was very clean and has something to cater for everyone, from the beautiful pool to the games room. The standard of the property along with the extra touches from the hosts make sure this property is a cut above other properties you may come across. I give my highest recommendation.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist die Wallbox für das Elektrofahrzeug, was das Reisen mit einem E-Auto sehr komfortabel macht. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit stilvollen und gemütlichen Möbeln, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen.
